We have a 24-hour drop box at the back of City Hall at 120 East Third Street.

Payments may also be made at the office during business hours - Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm.

Payments may also be online by creating an account on Payment Service Network. Please note a service/convenience fee will be applied.

Steps to paying your bill online:

Insert in the following information:
Business Name: City of Pana
Business City: Pana
Business State: IL

You'll then select the "Search Button"

City of Pana should populate in the results, click "Continue to locate your billing account"

On the new window locate your Account by inserting your Account Number and Name or Account Number and Business Name
